A contract for sale will exist between you and us but only once

that we have completed your order. Our acceptance will be deemed
complete and to have been effectively communicated to you when

In the event that you have any right, claim or action against

If you are purchasing goods and services from us we will deduct
payment from your credit or debit card before dispatching
those goods or providing such services. All goods are sold subject
to availability. If we do not have an item in stock we will contact
you so that you can cancel your order and receive a refund, have
the goods shipped when they are back in stock or choose alternative
goods.
If you are dissatisfied in any way with the goods you receive
from us, you may return them to us in their original condition
within 8 days of the date you received them, unopened and with
any seals or shrink-wrap intact and unbroken. We will refund for
the purchase of such items but can only accept the return of opened
items if they are faulty. We do not accept returns of certain types
of goods and if this is the case we will notify you when the goods
are dispatched.
