Were you are purchasing goods and services from us we will deduct
payment from your credit or debit card before dispatching
those goods or providing such services. All goods are sold subject
to availability. If we do not have an item in stock we will contact
you so that you can cancel your order and receive a refund, have
the goods shipped when they are back in stock or choose alternative
goods.
"No Quibbles" Guarantee
If you are dissatisfied in any way with the goods you receive
from us, you may return them to us in their original condition
within 8 days of the date you received them, unopened and with
any seals or shrink-wrap intact and unbroken. We will refund for
the purchase of such items but can only accept the return of opened
items if they are faulty. We do not accept returns of certain types
of goods and if this is the case we will notify you when the goods
are dispatched.
What To Do...
Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund
efficiently:
1. fill out the back of the delivery slip, giving the reason
for the return. Please include your order number
2. if you do not have the original delivery slip, please send
us a note detailing the reason for return. This note MUST include
your
order number
3. in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description
of the fault in the space provided on the delivery slip
4. wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any)
with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories
then send the package to the address below:
