This interactive multimedia training Project Management course will teach you all of the practical techniques needed to organise, plan and control projects of any size. It introduces, illustrates and explains all aspects of project management. From setting up a project environment, to the monitoring and control of individual projects, this course covers every detail of this fascinating discipline.
This 15 hour course consists of three 5 hour modules. It is equivalent in scope to a four-day instructor led course.
